This Monday we continue our journey, this time towards the lagoon, the South Seas and warm nights between beach bar, street food stall under the corrugated iron and island air.

Jonathan mixes you oceanic drinks, Hank brings the right vinyl records and Esra serves street food that tastes exactly like this place - sweet potato, black rice, sticky cauliflower, bread & spiced butter and finally a chocolate tart with orange.

Axel Kubelscheidt from The Bitter Truth takes you on a little tasting tour of Creole bitters, tiki rum, allspice liqueur and much more! Flavors between harbor bar and jungle trail.
