LYYRA | Rising

Founded in 2024, the all-female US ensemble Lyyra was created by the VOCES8 Foundation to make women's voices and their potential more visible in the choral landscape. Six singers with strong characters and very different backgrounds and training in classical, pop, jazz and traditional music form the first professional women's ensemble in the USA, which will enrich the a cappella world with a completely unique and new ensemble sound.
